Analyzes the findings from Women's World Banking's Organizational Gender Assessments (the OGA) carried out between 2008-2010 in microfinance institutions in India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. It provides analysis of successful recruitment, retention, and promotion strategies so that more women can assume management positions within MFIs, the better to serve female clienteles.
