Tony Dines is the Executive Director & owner of Look Them in the Eye, a consulting firm that provides coaching and training services for organizations and individuals. He has extensive experience in organizational development, management and coaching, and worked for many years himself as a senior manager in the international development and humanitarian sectors. He was instrumental in creating the training materials for the Minimum Economic Recovery Standards, including the certification process for the Training of Trainers. He helped develop the training materials for the USAID-funded Emergency Market Mapping and Analysis (EMMA) Toolkit and has trained people how to use it throughout the world.
Adam Clark is an accomplished trainer with a track record of assisting the international development and business sectors. He also helped develop the training materials for the USAID-funded EMMA Toolkit and trained over 200 people on how to use it in both English and French. As the Director at Look them in the Eye, he has led training workshops for organizations including Oxfam, International Rescue Committee, Save the Children, UN Development Programme, HelpAge International, and UNICEF among others. Adam worked for 12 years as a civil engineer, managing water supply projects in the UK, Algeria, Turkey and Australia.
