The SMDP Ghana is an intensive training program offering critical skills for African microfinance and enterprise development leaders.
Five Learning Tracks
1. Microfinance Essential Skills – Two weeks
2. Institutional Strengthening
- Part I - Risk Management for Microfinance Institutions – One week
- Part II - Monitoring the Performance of Microfinance Institutions – One week
3. Savings Groups
- Part I - Programme Design and Implementation – One week
- Part II - Management Information Systems – One week
4. Pro-Poor Enterprise and Value Chain Development - Two Weeks
5. Youth Inclusive Financial Services – One Week
You may register for one or two weeks with full room and board on campus or as a commuter.
