This webinar is presented as part of Women’s World Banking’s celebration of more than ten years of strengthening leadership and diversity in financial institutions serving low-income women. We know that diverse teams have better outcomes and we have spent the past decade helping institutions build diverse leadership teams with the tools to navigate growth and change in their institutions while meeting the needs of low-income women.
For the final webinar in our year-long series about advancing gender-diverse leadership in financial institutions, we host a conversation featuring real-life examples of women’s leadership transforming an institution and how leadership training, such as our Leadership and Diversity for Innovation Program (LDIP), can support women’s advancement and have positive outcomes for the organization. A pair of LDIP participants will talk about their institution, the impact of the training and how they are using their development to initiate change in their institution.
