Renew
Membership renewal takes place at the same time of year for all members, regardless of when you joined; renewal season lasts from January to March of every year. Members that join SEEP after May pay 50% of the annual dues for their first year. Members that join in September pay 25% of the annual dues, and members that are approved at the Board Meeting during our Annual Conference in November do not pay dues until the next calendar year.
To renew, please submit the completed membership renewal form (Français | Español) using Adobe Reader, or e-mail the completed form membership@seepnetwork.org.
Requirements for Membership Renewal
Current members that continue to meet the membership criteria, pay annual membership fees, and have fulfilled their staff volunteer commitment will have their membership renewed. If a member fails to meet these membership criteria, SEEP may take action, including suspension of membership.
