Myanmar Dry Zone Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment

Summary

This  Dry Zone Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment (DZVCA) was developed by Mercy Corps to assess the
vulnerability of Dry Zone farming communities to variable and shifting environmental conditions, a disabling governance and policy environment, and inefficient agricultural markets. The ultimate output of this work is a draft set of theories of change (TOC) which will inform the development of a new Dry Zone resilience strategy.
