Diana Dezso, Senior Director
Diana is the Senior Director of Member Affairs and Global Communications. In this role, she oversees SEEP’s member engagement strategies and services, organizational communication and marketing, and supports and develops strategic alliance with external stakeholders. Prior to this Diana was the Director of the Association Development Community of Practice where she managed the implementation of an intensive three-year global network strengthening program that provided capacity building and technical assistance to 12 microfinance networks in Asia, Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. Diana comes to SEEP from ACCION New York, where she developed the client financial education and technical assistance program. She has also worked with CAPA, a microfinance project of World Vision International in Romania. Diana holds a Masters in Non-Profit Management and Public Policy from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University
Alison Yost, Communications Manager
Alison is responsible for the day-to-day communications outreach and strategy for the SEEP Network. She previously worked at the Stimson Center, an international security think tank, in their External Relations Team. Alison holds an MA in international communications from American University, and a BA in international studies from the same institution.
Mariana Marinho, Senior Manager of Products and Services

Mariana manages the research, development, and implementation of new services and products for SEEP. She supports SEEP's efforts to satisfy members' needs, advance microenterprise development practices, and improve its organizational sustainability. Before joining the Products and Services team, Mariana was part of the Member Affairs and Global Communications team, where she restructured membership processes and managed the implementation of SEEP's customer relationship management system. Mariana also supported the Associations Development Community of Practice in the development of innovative tools to improve systems, capacity assessment, and benchmarking of microfinance associations. Prior to SEEP, she worked as a senior management consultant for Instituto de Desenvolvimento Gerencial in Brazil, United States, and Canada.
Alix Nunan, Member Affairs Assistant

Alix supports member services and relations at SEEP, as well as managing data and reporting systems and assisting in communications activities. Before coming to SEEP, Alix worked in community development. She holds a BA in French and Peace & Justice Studies from Wellesley College.
