In this training, T.A. providers will practice the creation of a proposal to improve the client complaint system of a sample institution, known as a "client protection upgrading" proposal. The participants of this training will also learn about the Smart Campaign's client protection tools, which are meant for an institution to use after evaluating how it applies the Client Protection Principles in its business.

Space is limited to 25 participants in each training, so register now.

Target Audience: Existing TA providers who are interested in incorporating client protection into their ongoing TA.
