The event will be held in Washington, DC on September 11-13, 2012. Yibin Chu, Program Manager of Enterprise Development Community of Practice, SEEP, together with Nicardo Neil, Project and Marketing Manager, The Competitiveness Company will present and facilitate a session on “Catalyzing Youth Enterprise and Employment through Urban and Rural Value Chains”.

Value Initiative Programme (VIP) Indonesia, with Irfansyah
The Donor Committee for Enterprise Development (DCED) highlighted the results assessment work of SEEP’s Value Initiative Program in Indonesia (VIP Indonesia) in their last training in Bangkok, Thailand. This international seminar, which focuses on current trends and results in Private Sector Development, distinguished VIP Indonesia’s tofu and tempeh project as an exemplary model of how results can be measured affordably and effectively on a small scale, as well as how to use M&E as a management tool.

- “Why Have a Standard for Measuring Results? Progress and Plans of The Donor Committee For Enterprise Development”, 2011 DCED Reader
The Value Initiative’s results assessment work has contributed much to the development of the DCED Standard for Measuring Results and to the experience of implementing the standard. VIP Indonesia’s results assessment was featured in the 2011 DCED Reader for measuring results.
