Phillip Reid, Chief Financial Officer

Phillip has 25 years of experience with nonprofits and associations. He previously served as CFO of GAMA International and the GAMA Foundation for Education and Research, an association for leaders in the insurance and financial services industries. Prior to GAMA, he held various finance and admin positions at the Newseum, The German Marshall Fund of the U.S., and the Council for International Exchange of Scholars, which administers the Fulbright Scholar program. Phillip spent 22 years in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves, first as an air traffic controller and later as a Civil Affairs Officer. He serves as a board member and Treasurer of Young DC, a nonprofit for youth interested in pursuing journalism as a college major.
