This three-day intensive training program is for enterprise development practitioners and focuses on value chain program design and promoting market solutions for sustainable economic impacts. The training provides a combination of value chain theory and practical application through case-studies and group work. Participants will develop skills needed to:

Analyze value chain end markets and inter-firm relations and identify the constraints and opportunities for growth and competitiveness

Identify and assess market-based solutions to address value chain constraints and promote market growth
