Promoting Inclusive Markets and Financial Systems
Association Services advances financial inclusion through association leadership. SEEP convenes the largest global community of microfinance associations, representing over 4,000 financial service providers serving almost 90,000,000 clients around the world. Microfinance institutions play a powerful role in advancing the industry, and developing their leadership is one of the most strategic investments that can be made in the sector.
The Brazil Network Strengthening Program aims to increase the capacity and outreach of microfinance and improve the provision of financial services to the poor in Brazil through direct investment in two country-level associations: ABCRED and ABSCM.
This program will promote the responsible development of microfinance markets in Sub-Saharan Africa by building the capacity of 8 microfinance associations.
