Association Development
The Association Development Community of Practice advances financial inclusion through association leadership. SEEP convenes the largest global community of microfinance associations, representing over 4,000 financial service providers serving almost 90,000,000 clients around the world. Microfinance institutions play a powerful role in advancing the industry, and developing their leadership is one of the most strategic investments that can be made in the sector.

This program will promote the responsible development of microfinance markets in Sub-Saharan Africa by building the capacity of 8 microfinance associations.
Since 1999, the SEEP Network has leveraged its position as the key resource for regional and country-level microfinance associations to convene an annual Global Network Summit, the largest global gathering of regional and national microfinance associations, and hosts yearly Regional Network Summits in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.
